The CW, hauling another old cult-favorite show into the digital zeitgeist, is now streaming all 13 episodes of “The _ben_stiller Show” short-lived sketch comedy series that aired on Fox in the early ’90s.

The show, available on the network’s ad-supported CW Seed digital-video site, was created by Stiller, Judd Apatow and Jeff Kahn. Featured players were Stiller, Andy Dick, Janeane Garofalo and Bob Odenkirk.

CW acquired the rights to “The _ben_stiller Show” from Warner Bros. Television. The CW Network is a 50-50 joint venture of Warner Bros. Entertainment and CBS.

Earlier this week CW Seed launched all four seasons of teen soap “The O.C.,” which also ran on Fox, from 2003-07.

“The ben stiller Show,” one of the thesp-producer‘s first big breaks, debuted on Fox in the fall of 1992. The show won a Primetime Emmy Award in 1993 for writing in a variety or music program — after Fox had canceled it.

The sketch show featured parodies of movies, TV shows, music and other pop culture. Guest stars included Bobcat Goldthwait, Colin Quinn, Sarah Jessica Parker, Garry Shandling and Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea.

“The ben stiller Show” has been also available to purchase from Apple’s iTunes and Amazon, but it hasn’t previously been on a streaming service.

CW Seed’s other free streaming shows include original series “Vixen” and “The P.E.T. Squad Files,” and licensed fare including 1990’s “The Flash,” “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles,” “Hellcats,” “Almost Human” and every episode of “Whose Line Is It Anyway?”
